Welcome to Metalaceart.com website, where you will find all the information about the designs and materials Talila Abraham uses in her hand crafted objects. This site has two purposes: to enhance our communications with our ever growing resellers/wholesales clients base, and to help our wholesalers/retailers appreciate, order, and of coarse sell more of our unique designs items.

We have built an easy to use, simple user-interface, if in any time you do need help please read the following:

The home page is your door entrance /login to our extensive catalog of products. In order to protect the integrity of our wholesale pricing structure, wholesale prices online are hidden from regular customers. In order to see and order at wholesale prices on the web site, you must be logged into your online account. If it is the first time you are visiting our website, you will be able to view only some of our item selections, Please remember we do not sell directly to the public. For this reason we have required a login and password to go further then this section, which we will e-mail you upon arrival and verification of the information you submitted to us.

How do I select new items (Add to list) to create my own list?

The Add to list function allows you to add new items to a list that is your selected items list – called "My List". The selected item(s) are displayed in the top right hand side of each of the main items’ category pages and marked as "My selected items".

How do I review each of the items selected in my own list?

Simply click on view all items on the My selected items section on the top right hand side of each of the products main pages is the list of the items you have selected and will display the last items selected. To view all items selected, you can also click the My list button on the navigation menu and your entire selected list of items will show organized by the sub categories order.

How can I update any of the items selected in my own list?

Simply click the "My List" button on the navigation menu and your entire selected list of items will show organized by the sub categories order.

Each item can then be selected for reviewing and updates, you can modify the quantity ordered, change/add colors, stones and even put your special needs and remarks.

Can I add remarks to each of the items selected in my own list?

Yes you can! Plus you can modify the quantity ordered; change/add colors, stones and mark rings and chains sizes.

What is your average delivery time for wholesale orders?

Our products are usually available for immediate delivery, as we do stock most of our extensive line. In general we ship an order, within three to four weeks for most of our hand made items.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do have a discount table structure based on quantity orders and volume by period orders. Our sales manager will be happy to discuss with you any inquiry in regards to quantity and volume discounts.

Can I use your images?

We will allow the use of our copyrighted images only upon requests by writing.

What happens if I forget my password or want to change it?

Please use the Forgotten Password link on bottom part of our home page. Upon entering your email address, a message containing your personal log in details will be sent to you. Your e-mail address must match the one we have on our records. Please contact us by email if you have any difficulties. You may change your password once you are logged in, using the Change Login Details option.
